The Sad Café Power Boost

The Sad Café is my take on the Sola Sound Power Boost. It's a very useful and versatile circuit, yielding a boost that can raise your signal to teeth-shattering levels. Seriously, it's dangerous. Its two-band EQ offers vast control of your tone. You'll find what you need in here. Too, crank the level and in that last tick, the Café will suddenly unleash a fuzz tone so intense it'll rattle the floorboards (it's along the lines of a cranked Buzzaround, but even more aggressive somehow!). 

Its best trick, though, lies in the way it interacts with other fuzzes. This circuit, after your fuzz, will unlock a million new shades that you can't get from the fuzz on its own. You'll suddenly have powerful eq, boost, and meltdown saturation levels. Unlike all the other pedals you've tried to pair with your primitive fuzz boxes, the Café will always enhance and expand. Try to throw any other boost, overdrive, distortion, EQ, etc. after a Tone Bender and hear the character, depth, and bandwidth vanish.
